The Aquanova Metal Hallide is a single bulb light which clamps onto the side of the fish tank.

This bulbs are a good choice for freshwater and planted aquariums. It gives a warm white, full spectrum appearance to the aquarium.

The light appears to the naked eye as crisp
ice white, clear artinic blue. The 14000K
bulb combines the best characteristics of
the 10000K and the 20000K bulbs and
eliminates the need to add supplemental
florescent or compact fluorescent actinic
blue lighting.

The 20000K will bring out the fluorescence in fish and corals, giving the aquarium more of a black light effect. This bulb is a good chice for deep marine species.
